Patrick Murray was a Scottish silver maker during the 18th century. Items by this maker are extremely rare.
An early George II Scottish teapot by Patrick Murray, Edinburgh 1727, the spherical body chased around the top and around the cover with Baroque flowers, fruit, scrolls, shells and diaperwork, knop finial, silver scroll handle with ivory spacers, front engraved with armorial below a motto scroll, 23oz.
